Sales Gas definition

Sales Gas means any Gas supplied and delivered by the Sellers at the Delivery Point to the Buyer as per the terms of this Agreement.

Sales Gas means saleable natural gas after it has been treated in a natural gas processing facility to remove water vapour, inert gases, CO2, H2S and NGLs and is comprised primarily of methane with small amounts of ethane and other NGLs;

Sales Gas means the total gas to be potentially produced from the reservoirs, measured at the point of delivery, after reduction for projected fuel usage, flare and shrinkage resulting from field separation and processing;

More Definitions of Sales Gas

Sales Gas means the aggregate of each Sellers’ Participating Interest share of Gas produced and offered for delivery at Delivery Point under this Contract from the Kanawara field. "Sellers’ Facilities" shall mean all facilities including pressure reduction stations, compressors, Gas pipelines, metering equipment and any other plant, machinery, installations and equipment either owned or operated by the Sellers or accessible to the Sellers as may from time to time be necessary for the flow control and the production, transportation, processing, compression, measuring and testing of Gas to enable the Sellers to supply and deliver Sales Gas to the Buyer at the Delivery Point(s) and shall include any facilities owned by the Affiliate or representatives or nominees or partners or associates of the Sellers.

Sales Gas means Natural Gas which has been processed and is of marketable quality.

Sales Gas or “Sales Gas Stream” means residue gas from the Xxxx Xxxxxxxx Trail Cryogenic Gas Plant that is to be sold as Natural Gas.
