Sales Call definition

Sales Call means a personal visit by a Sales Representative to a medical professional having prescribing authority for the indications in which the Product and/or any Additional Product is approved, as well as to other individuals or entities that have significant impact or significant influence on prescribing decisions for the indications for which such Product and/or any Additional Product is approved, during which such Sales Representative Details a Product and/or any Additional Product.
Sales Call means an interaction between an Impax PSR and a Neurologist in which the Product is the subject of either a Primary Detail or a Secondary Detail.
Sales Call means face-to-face contact (or other contact which in the future is employed to substitute, in whole or in part, for face-to-face contact) of a Sales Representative with a health care professional with prescribing authority during which scientific and/or medical information is discussed about the use of a Product for the treatment of indications for which the Product has received Regulatory Approval.

Sales Call means a presentation to a member of the Target Audience by a Representative during which such Representative promotes the Product. "Sales Call" may also refer to a presentation to a member of the Target Audience by a sales employee of Innovex, Inc. ("Innovex") or UCB Pharma, Inc. ("UCB") in accordance with the terms of ALZA's agreements with Innovex and UCB, respectively, during which such sales employee promotes the Product.
