Safety Notice means a notice mentioned in Article 12, 13 or 14; “Safety Order” means an Order made under Article 9;

Safety Notice means any product recall, field notification, safety alert, correction, withdrawal, warning, “dear doctor” letter, investigator notice, “serious adverse event” report, clinical hold, marketing suspension, removal, label change request or the like.

• To the Company’s knowledge, there are no facts that would be reasonably likely to result in (i) a material Safety Notice with respect to the Company Products, (ii) a material change in labeling of any the Company Products, or (iii) a material termination or suspension of marketing or testing of any of the Company Products.

Safety Notice means any product recall, field notification, safety alert, correction, notice regarding a post-marketing requirement or commitment study or clinical trial, withdrawal, warning, “dear doctor” letter, investigator notice, “serious adverse event” report, clinical hold, marketing suspension, removal, label change request or the like.

Safety Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(g).

Safety Notice means a suspension notice, a requirement to mark, a requirement to warn, a withdrawal notice or a recall notice;
