Safeguard Documents definition

Safeguard Documents means collectively the Environmental and Social Management Framework, the Resettlement Policy Framework, as well as the Environmental and Social Management Plans and the Resettlement Action Plans prepared for specific activities carried out under the Project, if any.
Safeguard Documents means collectively or individually the Environmental and Social Management Framework, the Resettlement Policy Framework, and the Environmental and Social Management Plans and the Resettlement Action Plans prepared in connection with the Project, if any.
Safeguard Documents means, collectively, the Environmental and Social Management Framework and any other document which the Recipient is required to prepare with respect to the implementation of the Activities in order to comply with the Bank Safeguard Policies, and “Safeguard Document” means, individually, one of such other documents which the Recipient is required to prepare with respect to the implementation of a specific Activity in order to comply with the Bank Safeguard Policies triggered by such Activity.

More Definitions of Safeguard Documents

Safeguard Documents means collectively the ESMF, RPF, the EMPs, the Pest Management Plans and RPFs.
Safeguard Documents means collectively the Environmental and Social Management Framework, the Resettlement Policy Framework, as well as the Environmental and Social Management Plans and the Resettlement Action Plans prepared for Project activities under Part I (c) of the Project, as applicable.

Safeguard Documents means collectively the Environmental and Social Management Framework, the Resettlement Policy Framework, and the Manual on Small Earth Dams as well as any subsequent plans or evaluations (such as Environmental and Social Management Plans and Resettlement Action Plans) that may be prepared in accordance with said Environmental Social Management Framework, Resettlement Policy Framework and Manual on Small Earth Dams during Project implementation.
Safeguard Documents means collectively, the ESAMF, ESIA, and/or ESMPs, prepared, and/or to be prepared, pursuant to the ESAMF, and “Safeguard Document” means any of such Safeguards Document.
