SaaS Terms definition
SaaS Terms means these Civica SaaS Terms and Conditions (Supplemental).
SaaS Terms means the terms and conditions set forth in this Attachment (SaaS Terms and Conditions).
SaaS Terms means the latest version of the document available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/termsandconditions/MaplebrookWills- SaaSAcceptableUsePolicy.pdf, as may be Updated from time to time; and Virus means any virus, disabling code (including code intended to limit or prevent any use any software or system) or other malicious software (including malware, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, trojan horses, ransomware and spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware).
Examples of SaaS Terms in a sentence
The SaaS Terms take precedence over other Agreement terms in relation to the SaaS.
Termination of SaaS Terms will not limit either party from pursuing other remedies available to it, including injunctive relief, nor will such termination relieve Customer’s obligation to pay all fees that have accrued or are otherwise owed by Customer under these SaaS Terms.
This warranty will be considered part of and covered under the provisions of these SaaS Terms.
Upon termination of these SaaS Terms, Customer shall no longer access the Software and Customer shall not circumvent any security mechanisms contained therein.
Unless defined in these SaaS Terms and Conditions, capitalized terms used in this Agreement are defined in Exhibit A.

SaaS Terms means the terms set out in this document (including its Addendums), as Updated from time to time; SERVICEmate: means SMUK’s cloud based field service job management services named SERVICEmate, together with any other computing services provided over the internet by or on behalf of SMUK pursuant to our Agreement;
SaaS Terms means the terms which apply to the provision of the Software, which are available on request;
SaaS Terms means the terms set out in the clauses and other provisions of Service Period means the period beginning on Order Acceptance and ending

SaaS Terms means the latest version of the Supplier’s master SaaS terms available at [insert URL], as Updated from time to time; Onward Transfer means a Transfer from one International Recipient to another International Recipient;
SaaS Terms has the meaning given in clause 5.1 of this Section M.
