SaaS Product means software as a service products provided to third parties that are hosted by us, including our Dentally Software if you have subscribed to our Dentally Software Application.

SaaS Product means software-as-a-service subscription products, including updates thereto made generally available by Capita to its customers, to which Customer is granted access under the Agreement.

• In the event Motorola determines that Customer’s usage of the Licensed Software or SaaS Product exceeded the number of licenses purchased by Customer at a given time, Motorola may invoice Customer for the additional licenses used by Customer, pro-rated for each additional license from the date such license was activated, and Customer will pay such invoice in accordance with the payment terms in the Agreement.

• Licensee shall not create Internet “links” to the SaaS Product or frame or mirror any part of the SaaS Product, including any other content contained in the SaaS Product, on any other server or device.

• Licensee agrees that GT is not responsible for any issue that arises from such use of the SaaS Product, and indemnifies, defends, and holds GT harmless from any claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to Licensee’s use of the SaaS Product.

• Licensee shall not use the SaaS Product or permit the SaaS Product to be used in such a way that violates this Agreement.

More Definitions of SaaS Product

SaaS Product means a Party’s software-as-a-service solution that is made available on a hosted basis by or for such Party, including all of the component offerings as may be described in the respective Product Schedule.

SaaS Product means the supplier diversity management services made available by access to and use of software hosted by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ to which Customer has purchased a license under the relevant Order and/or the data services made available by appending data elements from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇’s database of small and diverse suppliers to a list of suppliers provided by Customer.

SaaS Product means any Software made available by Riverbed through hosted services, software as a service (SaaS), or cloud services as set forth in the applicable ordering documentation received by Riverbed, the Product description on Riverbed’s then-current price list, or the Additional Use Rights with respect to a particular Product. For the avoidance of doubt, any Hosting Services provided by Riverbed for a Perpetually Licensed Product, Term Licensed Product, or a Subscription Product do not change such Product to a SaaS Product for purposes of this Agreement.

SaaS Product means the hosted, software-as-a-service version of the Moogsoft application intelligence software product.
