  • However before initiating purchase action, the concerned Purchasing Authority shall take into account the communication from other Project Authorities and the Stores Wing of the RVPN regarding surplus/spare equipment, machinery, Tools & Plants so that to the extent possible, such surplus/spare material may be utilized and fresh purchases thereof are avoided.
