Rural Project definition
Rural Project means a Qualified Residential Rental Project that is a New Construction Project located in a rural area as defined by Health and Safety Code section 50199.21 but shall not include a Mixed Income Project.
Rural Project means a project in which all or the majority of the project (determined by the geographic location or locations where the majority of the project funds will be spent) is located in a Rural Area.
