If the parties are unable to select the arbitrator within 30 days after Respondent’s receipt of Claimant’s Notice of Arbitration and the 30-day deadline has not been extended by the parties’ agreement, the arbitrator shall be selected by CPR as provided in Rule 6 of the CPR Rules.
