rTSR definition
rTSR means the percentile rank of the Company’s Total Shareholder Return among the Total Shareholder Returns of all members of the Peer Group, ranked in descending order, at the end of the Performance Period.
rTSR means the quotient equal to (i) the Ending Stock Price minus the Beginning Stock Price plus assumed reinvestment as of the ex-dividend date of ordinary and extraordinary cash dividends, if any, paid by the applicable issuer during the Performance Period, divided by (ii) the Beginning Stock Price. Relative Total Shareholder Return expressed as a formula shall be as follows:
rTSR means the percentile rank of the Company’s Total Shareholder Return as compared to the Total Shareholder Return of each member of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 2000 Index, determined by dividing the number of members of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 2000 Index with Total Shareholder Return equal to or lower than the Company’s Total Shareholder Return for the Performance Period by the total number of members of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 2000 Index minus one (1). For such determination of percentile rank, the members of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 2000 Index shall be those companies that are members of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 2000 Index during the entire Performance Period. rTSR constitutes a “Performance Measure” within the meaning of the Plan.

rTSR shall be based on share price for the Peer Group measured at the end of the Measurement Period based on a twenty (20) trading day average plus dividends paid (assumed to be reinvested) compared to the share price for the Peer Group at the start of the Measurement Period based on a twenty (20) day trading average. Any Peer Group member that enters bankruptcy, liquidation, or delisting is assumed to be -100%.
rTSR means “Relative Total Shareholder Return.”
rTSR means the Company’s cumulative total shareholder return over the Performance Period relative to its Peer Group (defined below) as measured by (A) the sum of (i) the Company’s Average Stock Price (for the forty-five (45) day trading period ending December 31, 2017), and (ii) the cumulative amount of dividends declared during the Performance Period, assuming dividend reinvestment on the ex-dividend date, divided by (B) the Company’s Average Stock Price at the beginning of the Performance Period (for the forty-five (45) day trading period ending December 31, 2014); provided, however, that for purposes of calculating rTSR percentile rank, the Company shall be excluded from the Peer Group.
rTSR means, with respect to the Performance Period, the Company’s TSR, as a percentile with respect to the range of TSRs of each of the Comparator Group Companies.
rTSR has the meaning as set forth in the Statement of Management Objectives.
rTSR means the annualized growth in the dividends and share price of a Share, calculated using a 20 day trading average of the Company’s closing price beginning on January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2025 compared to the TSR performance of the TSR Peer Group. The starting and ending share prices for the computation of RTSR shall equal the average closing price of each company’s common stock over the 20 trading days immediately preceding the first and last day of the performance period.
rTSR means the comparison between ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ TSR and the TSR of the Peer Group over the Performance Period, measured as the absolute percentage point difference in the performance of the Company’s TSR compared to the Peer Group’s median TSR.
