rTSR means the quotient equal to (i) the Ending Stock Price minus the Beginning Stock Price plus assumed reinvestment as of the ex-dividend date of ordinary and extraordinary cash dividends, if any, paid by the applicable issuer during the Performance Period, divided by (ii) the Beginning Stock Price. rTSR shall be based on share price for the Peer Group measured at the end of the Measurement Period based on a twenty (20) trading day average plus dividends paid (assumed to be reinvested) compared to the share price for the Peer Group at the start of the Measurement Period based on a twenty (20) day trading average. Any Peer Group member that enters bankruptcy, liquidation, or delisting is assumed to be -100%. ​
