RTE definition

RTE means Réseau de Transport d’Electricité, the French system operator;
RTE means the ratio of Energy put in to the Storage Unit, measured in MWh, to the Energy delivered from storage to the Energy Delivery Point, expressed as a percentage, which ratio shall be measured as shown in Exhibit C.
