More Definitions of RSU Consideration

RSU Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(b)(i).
RSU Consideration means: (i) with respect to each Company RSU that is not a Performance RSU, one Company Share for each Company RSU, and (ii) with respect to each RSU that is a Performance RSU, a cash payment in an amount determined in accordance with Section 2.16 of the Arrangement Agreement;
