• Upon the Participant’s Termination for any reason whatsoever and at any other time upon any member of RSG Group’s request (including the Participant ceasing to provide services to any member of the RSG Group), the Participant (or the Participant’s personal representative) shall deliver to the Company all property described in this Section 4 which is in the Participant’s possession or control.

More Definitions of RS&G

RS&G means the group of persons constituted in accordance with Clause 5;

RS&G means Revenue Support Grant paid under section 78(1) of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 to the Improvement and Development Agency for Local Government as a body specified under section 76(4) of that Act.
