RRO means the use of all or any portion of the Credit that has been requested by the Recipient and accepted by the Association in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to: (a) assist in financing the CERP; and (b) provide complementary financing in support of the program defined in the Cat DDO Legal Agreement.
