RRI shall be the “employer” for tax, legal reporting, payroll processing and similar purposes.
During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable travel and other expenses incurred by Executive in carrying out Executive’s duties under this Agreement, provided that Executive complies with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company and RRI for submission of expense reports, receipts or similar documentation of the incurrence and purpose of such expenses.
Executive and the Company acknowledge that, except as may otherwise be provided by this Agreement or under any other written agreement between Executive and the Company, the employment of Executive by the Company and RRI is “at will” and Executive’s employment may be terminated by either Executive or the Company at any time for any reason, or no reason.
Instead, the negative RRI number shall be added to the result of the subsequent years RRI calculation and the result shall be the RRI adjustment for that subsequent year.
During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable travel and other expenses incurred by Executive in carrying out Executive’s duties under this Agreement, provided that Executive complies with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company and RRI for submission of expense reports, receipts or similar documentation of the incurrence and purpose of such expenses (collectively referred to herein as “Expense Policies”).
