RPT definition

RPT means the NL Industries, Inc. Policy Regarding Related Party Transactions dated June 2, 2015.
RPT herein used shall mean Regular Part-Time.
RPT or "Reference Price (t)" means, in respect of any Valuation Date and each Underlying Asset in the Asset Basket, the Reference Price of such Underlying Asset on such Valuation Date.
