RPIX definition

RPIX means the Retail Prices Index minus mortgage interest payments published by the Office for National Statistics in the United Kingdom;
RPIX means the index published in Table RP05 (RPI all items excluding mortgage interest payments) reference CHMK published by the Office for National Statistics or failing such publication or in the event of a fundamental change to the index, such other index as the Parties may agree, or such adjustments to the index as the Parties may agree (in each case with the intention of putting the Parties in no better nor worse position than they would have been had the index not ceased to be published or the relevant fundamental change not been made) or, in the event that no such agreement is reached, as may be determined in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure;
RPIX means the value of the underlying average of the annual rate of the Retail Price Index published monthly by the Office for National Statistics (excluding mortgages). Services: the services supplied by Ctrack to the Customer as set out in the Information Schedule and/or Specification. Specification: any description or specification for the Equipment and/or Services, including any related plans and drawings, that is agreed in writing by the Customer and Ctrack. Total Loss: the Equipment is, in Ctrack's reasonable opinion damaged beyond repair, lost, stolen, seized or confiscated. Warranty Period: the period of time that the Equipment will be under warranty as set out in the Information Schedule.

  • A fixed element of each contract is inflated in line with RPIX each year.

  • For students paying Home / EU undergraduate fees who are new entrants to a course in 2019/20 or new entrants to a course in subsequent years, the course fees confirmed in your offer letter may be increased in further years of study by an inflationary amount determined in accordance with measures set by Government (currently the Office for Budget Responsibility forecast for RPI-X, being the retail price index, excluding mortgage interest payments).
