Rookie definition
Rookie means a person who has never signed a Player Contract with an NBA Team.
Rookie means a person who has never before signed a Player Contract with an NFL Club. The first Player Contract signed by such person is a “Rookie Contract.”
Rookie or “Rookie Player” means a person eligible to be a WNBA player pursuant to Article XIII Section 1, who has never signed a Player Contract with a WNBA Team.
