Roll-Off Container definition

Roll-Off Container means a container, used for but not limited to receiving demolition debris, that is designed and intended to be loaded and unloaded by means of a winch onto the rails of a truck designed for that purpose.
Roll-Off Container means a Container provided to a Commercial Unit or Industrial Unit by Contractor measuring 20, 30, or 40 cubic yards, intended for high-volume refuse generating Commercial Units or Industrial Units, and capable of collection and transport to a Municipal Solid Waste Landfill by loading of the Container onto the rear of transporting vehicle, but excluding a Stationary Compactor.
Roll-Off Container means an all-metal container with ten (10) cubic yards or more capacity that is loaded onto a specialized collection vehicle. Roll-Off Containers may also include compactors that are owned or leased by a Service Recipient, contingent upon confirmation of compatibility from Company.
