ROFR Period definition
ROFR Period has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9.03(a).
ROFR Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b).

Examples of ROFR Period in a sentence
If such sale is not consummated within two (2) months from the date of expiry of the ROFR Period, the Right of First Refusal shall be deemed to be revived and such ROFR Shares shall not be offered or otherwise made subject to any Transfer until and unless first re-offered to the other Shareholder(s) in accordance with this Section 7.
The failure by any Shareholder to give a ROFR Acceptance Notice within the ROFR Period shall be deemed to be a waiver of its Right of First Refusal.

ROFR Period means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the later of (i) October 31, 2024 and (ii) the 54-month anniversary of the Closing Date.
