ROF definition

ROF means the run-off fund;
ROF means the Run-off Fund;

More Definitions of ROF

ROF means the electronic registration with the Central Bank of Brazil, obtained through the Module Registration of Financial Transactions (Module RDE-ROF (“Modulo RDE-ROF”) in the SISBACEN system), of the relevant financial terms and conditions of a loan, as such registration may be amended from time to time.
ROF means the Registry of Financial Transactions (Registro de Operações Financeiras – ROF), a declaratory electronic registration identified by a number obtained by or on behalf of the Borrower prior to the disbursement of the Loan through the electronic registration system for financial transactions of the SISBACEN (RDE-ROF – Registro Declaratório Eletrônico – Módulo de Registro de Operações Financeiras), authorizing the Borrower to: (a) enter into the relevant foreign exchange contract for the inflow of funds into Brazil; and (b) after the disbursement of the Loan, make the relevant registration of the Schedule of Payment.
ROF means the electronic registration of the financial terms and conditions of the Loan with the Registry of Financial Operations (Registro de Operações Financeiras - ROF) module of the Electronic Declaratory Registry of the Central Bank (SISBACEN) up to sixty (60) days prior to the entry of the respective proceeds into Brazil, including, without limitation, the registration of the relevant payment schedules after the Disbursement and the entry thereof into Brazil, pursuant to the Central Bank regulations.
ROF means the olefinic liquids fractionation, storage and distribution facilities located near Redwater, Alberta which are owned by WECU and currently operated by Pembina;
