Roaming Services definition

Roaming Services means the ability for a cellular device to automatically make and receive voice calls, send and receive data or access other services such as home data services, when travelling outside the geographical coverage area of a home network.
Roaming Services means services offered to Customers by the Licensee which permit Customers to use their Handsets outside the Territory through agreements with third-party providers to access to such third party’s Mobile Voice and Data Services, Content Services and Value Added Services when outside of the Territory; Royalties means the payments described in Clause 4;

Roaming Services means services offered to Wireless Customers by the Licensee which permit Wireless Customers to use their Wireless Devices outside the Territory through agreements with Third Party providers to access such Third Party’s equivalent services when outside of the Territory;
