RML definition

RML has the meaning set forth in Recital A.
RML means direct lending supported by commercial and residential real estate properties, respectively.

More Definitions of RML

RML means the number of months obtained by dividing (a) the aggregate amount of Borrowers’ unrestricted cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities, in each case, that are (i) subject to an account control agreement in favor of Agent as the senior secured party or (ii) held in an account at Agent, by (b) the monthly trailing three (3) month average EBDA.
RML means on any measurement date amount equal to the quotient of (a) the sum of the immediately prior three months of (i) net cash used in Operating Activities plus (ii) net cash provided by Investment Activities, excluding the effect of any one-time items from business development transactions, such as upfront or milestone consideration or payments made in connection with acquisitions, or from the purchase or sale of short-term investments, divided by (b) 3; such quotient shall be calculated in accordance with the most recent Financial Statements delivered to Agent pursuant to Section 7.1. The definitions in clauses (a)(i) and (a)(ii) shall be in accordance with GAAP and generally consistent with how they are defined in Borrower’s monthly financial reporting and SEC reporting as of the First Amendment Date.
RML means the amount of Borrower’s monthly “Net cash provided by (used in) operating activities” including Jumpstart investments, as set forth in Borrower’s monthly cash flow statements prepared in accordance with GAAP.
RML means Rukel Management, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company.
RML means Royal Mail Letters, the business division of the Universal Service Provider that has or has had that designation and which is or has been principally responsible for providing specified postal services and includes any successors to that division. Royal Mail Letters excludes the business division of the Universal Service Provider known as ParcelForce Worldwide or any successors to that division.
RML means the average monthly amount (based on the prior three months) of Borrower’s “Net cash provided by (used in) operating activities” including Jumpstart investments, as set forth in Borrower’s monthly cash flow statements prepared in accordance with GAAP.
RML means Raptor Minerals Limited; and “RPL” means Raptor Partners Limited.
