  • In the event that Seller is unable to comply with the obligations stated in this Section 10, Seller shall promptly notify RMG, and RMG may do one or more of the following: (i) suspend the transfer of Personal Data to Seller; (ii) require Seller to cease processing Personal Data; (iii) demand the return or destruction of Personal Data; or (iv) immediately terminate this Agreement.
