RLC definition

RLC means Release Complete Message as specified in Annex A of Schedule 1 of this RIO Agreement;
RLC. See Recital A hereto.
RLC means that revolving line of credit made available by Lender to Borrower pursuant to Article 2 hereof.

Examples of RLC in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding that such an RLC Advance or RLC Advances are made, such unsatisfied conditions and/or requirements shall not be waived or released thereby.

  • However, Lender in its sole and absolute discretion may elect to make one or more RLC Advances prior to full satisfaction of one or more such conditions and/or requirements.
