Risk Event definition

Risk Event means there occurs a loss of 5% or more of firmwide total capital from a reportable operational risk event determined in accordance with the firmwide Reporting Operational Risk Events Policy.
Risk Event means the occurrence of (a) a Credit Event or (b) an Additional Risk Event. “Risk Event Determination Date” the date on which the Issuer delivers a Risk Event Notice.
Risk Event means certain events which will result in delay in the achievement of identified work or milestones, as identified on the Risk Events Matrix attached as Exhibit L to the Agreement.

Examples of Risk Event in a sentence

  • The Custodian shall be liable for repayment to the Fund of cash credited to an Account and cash credited to the Fund’s or the Custodian’s cash account at a Subcustodian that the Custodian is not able to recover from the Subcustodian (other than as a result of a Country Risk Event).

More Definitions of Risk Event

Risk Event means an event that either has occurred or has the potential to occur; there are two types of risks events: A good or positive event, and a bad or negative event.
