Risk Event definition

Risk Event means there occurs a loss of 5% or more of firmwide total capital from a reportable operational risk event determined in accordance with the firmwide Reporting Operational Risk Events Policy.
Risk Event means the occurrence of (a) a Credit Event or (b) an Additional Risk Event. “Risk Event Determination Date” the date on which the Issuer delivers a Risk Event Notice.
Risk Event means an event that either has occurred or has the potential to occur; there are two types of risks events: A good or positive event, and a bad or negative event.

Examples of Risk Event in a sentence

  • Where there is no actual or likely pathway and/or no receptor, the emission will be screened out and will not be considered as a Risk Event.

  • In undertaking its risk assessment, DWER will identify all potential emissions pathways and potential receptors to establish whether there is a Risk Event which requires detailed risk assessment.To establish a Risk Event there must be an emission, a receptor which may be exposed to that emission through an identified actual or likely pathway, and a potential adverse effect to the receptor from exposure to that emission.

  • If, in respect of these Notes, a Risk Event Notice has not been given on or prior to the scheduled Maturity Date or the or the Grace Period Extension Date (if applicable) but a Risk Event may have occurred, such date may be postponed and, if a Risk Event subsequently occurs, these Notes will be redeemed as further described in the Conditions.

  • Risk assessmentThe department assesses the risks of emissions from prescribed premises and identifies the potential source, pathway and impact to receptors in accordance with the Guidance Statement: Risk Assessments (DER 2017).To establish a Risk Event there must be an emission, a receptor which may be exposed to that emission through an identified actual or likely pathway, and a potential adverse effect to the receptor from exposure to that emission.

  • The Issuer's obligations in respect of these Notes are irrespective of the existence or amount of the Issuer's, the Guarantor's and/or any of their respective affiliates' credit exposure to the Reference Entity and the Issuer, the Guarantor and/or any of their respective affiliates need not suffer any loss nor provide evidence of any loss as a result of the occurrence of a Risk Event.


More Definitions of Risk Event

Risk Event has the meaning assigned to such term in the Subordinated Debentures Indenture.
