RIB means individual Bidders, who have Bid for the Equity Shares for an amount not more than ₹200,000 in any of the bidding options in the Issue (including HUFs applying through their Karta and Eligible NRIs).

  • Customer must indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RIB, its Affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any Loss arising from or related to a claim of a third party with respect to a breach of the foregoing representations and warranties of Customer.
