Each Recipient acknowledges and accepts that LIC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, apply whatever criteria it deems appropriate in the selection of bidder, not limited to those selection criteria set out in this RFE document.
Governing Laws, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution Notwithstanding anything contained herein above, in case of any dispute, claim and legal action arising out of this RFE, the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra State, India only.
LIC will scrutinize the RFE Bid to determine whether they are complete, whether any errors have been made in the bid, whether required eligibility and technical documentation has been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed, and whether items are quoted as per the schedule.
