Examples of Revised Offer in a sentence
If within thirty (30) days of receipt of Seller’s Revised Offer the Buyer rejects, or fails to accept by Notice to Seller, the Revised Offer, then Seller will thereafter be free to sell or otherwise transfer, and to enter into agreements to sell or otherwise transfer, such Products from the Project to any third party on such terms and conditions as set forth in the certificate.
Reference to “an Offer, “the Offer,” or “your Offer” means any of the Initial Offer, a Revised Offer, or the Best and Final Offer.
The Company may condition its offer to HE on HE's acceptance of such other price, quantity, length of term and other terms and conditions that the Company would offer a third party at the time (the "Revised Offer").
The Offer or Revised Offer shall be accepted within 5 (five) Business Days of the Tenant making a declaration or statutory declaration as appropriate in accordance with paragraph 6.4(B) and providing a copy of the same to the Landlord.
