Reversion Date definition

Reversion Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18(b).
Reversion Date has the meaning assigned to in Section 3.22(e).
Reversion Date means, after the Notes have achieved Investment Grade Status, the date, if any, that such Notes shall cease to have such Investment Grade Status.

Examples of Reversion Date in a sentence

  • All such further obligation to grant Notes Guarantees shall be reinstated upon the Reversion Date.

  • Any Affiliate Transaction entered into after the Reversion Date pursuant to an agreement entered into during any Suspension Period will be deemed to have been outstanding on the Issue Date, so that it is classified as permitted under Section 4.08(c)(6).

  • On the Reversion Date, the amount of Excess Proceeds shall be reset at zero.

  • On and after the Reversion Date, all Liens created during the Suspension Period will be considered Permitted Liens pursuant to clause (11) of the definition of Permitted Liens.

Reversion Date has the meaning specified in Section 10.14(b).
Reversion Date means the date on which one or both of the Rating Agencies withdraw their Investment Grade Rating or downgrade the rating assigned to the Notes below an Investment Grade Rating.
