In determining LIBOR and any Pass-Through Rate for the COFI Certificates or any Reserve Interest Rate, the Trustee may conclusively rely and shall be protected in relying upon the offered quotations (whether written, oral or on the Reuters Screen) from the Reference Banks or the New York City banks as to LIBOR or the Reserve Interest Rate, as appropriate, in effect from time to time.

For the purpose of Paragraphs 5(i)(C) and 5(ii), the Value of Posted Credit Support or of any Transfer of Eligible Credit Support or Posted Credit Support, as the case may be, will be calculated by the Valuation Agent in accordance with standard market practice using third party sources (such as, by way of example only, Bloomberg or Reuters) where available.
