In order to exercise its Retraction Call Right, CallCo or Anglo Teck, as the case may be, must notify the Company in writing of its determination to do so (a “Retraction Call Notice”) within five Business Days after the Company notifies CallCo and Anglo Teck of the Retraction Request.
