Retention Payments definition

Retention Payments has the meaning ascribed in Section 2.5;
Retention Payments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b).
Retention Payments has the meaning given in Section 8.6(c).

  • In appropriate circumstances and subject to the approval arrangements set out at para 53 (Recruitment and Retention Payments), accelerated incremental progression may be applied to support the recruitment and/or retention of key Green Book, Chief Officer or Executive Reward Band employees.

More Definitions of Retention Payments

Retention Payments means $24,109,201.10, which represents the maximum amount of the retention payments to be made by the Companies and their Subsidiaries pursuant to the agreements listed under the heading “Retention Letters” in Section 3.1(r)(i) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, as in effect on the date hereof.
Retention Payments means the payments listed at Section 1.1(c) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.
Retention Payments means, with respect to any Participant, the 2018 Retention Payment, if any, and/or the 2019 Retention Payment, if any, as applicable, with respect to such Participant.
