On each Distribution Date or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable, the Liquidating Trustee shall make pro-rata Distributions to the holders of Allowed Class 6 Claims of any available Liquidation Proceeds less Retained Proceeds that remain in the Liquidating Trust (after the payment and satisfaction of any remaining unpaid Allowed Claims in Classes 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5), until the date on which all Allowed Class 6 Claims have been paid in full.
