Retained Field definition

Retained Field means the Liquidia Respiratory Field if the Liquidia Respiratory Option is not exercised by GSK or the Inhaled Field if the Inhaled Option is not exercised by GSK.
Retained Field has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9.
Retained Field means performing in vitro diagnostics on an instrument or in a system, in each case that has a throughput of at least thirty (30) patient test samples per hour.

  • During the New Nitric Oxide Period, Licensee and its Affiliates shall not, directly or indirectly, manufacture commercial quantities of, or market, sell, promote or otherwise commercialize any nitric oxide-releasing chemistries, materials, formulations, products or devices for use in the Novan Retained Field.

  • The Parties recognize the possibility that customers or other Third Parties may purchase Product that has received Regulatory Approval for and is sold for use in the Licensed Field and in the Retained Field.


More Definitions of Retained Field

Retained Field means the field of the Retained Business (for the avoidance of doubt, including any future consumer cyber safety products and services, and other natural extensions of the Retained Business, in each case in the consumer markets).
