Retained Bonds definition

Retained Bonds means the Bonds purchased by the Issuer on the Issue Date and held pursuant to the Custody Agreement (if any);
Retained Bonds means £100,000,000 in principal amount of the Bonds purchased by the Issuer on the Issue Date;
Retained Bonds means any reclamation bonds associated with the Tennessee Permits, as existing on the date hereof.
