Retained Asset definition

Retained Asset is defined in Section 6.4(d).

Retained Asset has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(d)(iv)(C) of this Agreement.

Retained Asset means any Nonfinancial Asset, including any Timeshare Interest, that is obtained by the Issuer pursuant to Section 5.3(a)(vii) of the Indenture.

More Definitions of Retained Asset

Retained Asset shall be as defined in Section 7.3.
