By signing this Agreement, you hereby authorize and provide your consent, at no cost to you, for us or the Supplier, to act as your representative to request and obtain any information related to your Account from any prior Retailers, Suppliers, Energy Marketers or Energy Billing Providers, including but not limited to, Account Information, Site ID Numbers, Energy Consumption History, Billing and Payment History, Contact Information and any bank account or credit card numbers and information.
