Retail Units definition

Retail Units means all retail units located at the first and second floor of the Project;
Retail Units means the Class A Units, the Class F Units and the Class U Units, collectively; “RRIFs” means registered retirement income funds as defined in the Tax Act;
Retail Units means that part of the Building comprising retail units and such other parts of the Building that may be designated from time to time by the Landlord or the Management Company as a “Retail Unit”;

Examples of Retail Units in a sentence

  • Unit – shall mean one of the Residential Units or Retail Units to be built as part of the Project, the tax exemption upon which shall continue and inure to the benefit of any Owner, its successors and assigns in accordance with the terms hereof.

More Definitions of Retail Units

Retail Units means one or both (as the context requires) of the two (2) Units located at the Property and referred to as the Commercial Units in the Master Declaration, comprising in the aggregate approximately 29,473 rentable square feet, to be used for retail purposes in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents and in compliance with Legal Requirements. For purposes of this Agreement, the Retail Units shall not include or refer to the F&B Space, which shall be deemed part of the Hotel Unit for all purposes hereunder
Retail Units means the Units in the Building located on the first level of the Building as identified on the attached Exhibit “A” and as described in Section 4.
