Retail Lease. A lease by an Obligor of one or more Financed Vehicles, originated or acquired by Navistar Financial or one or more of its Affiliates.

Examples of Retail Lease in a sentence

  • All references in this Work Letter to Articles or Sections of “the Lease” shall mean the relevant portion of the Retail Lease Agreement to which this Work Letter is attached and of which this Work Letter forms a part, and all references in this Work Letter to Sections of “this Work Letter” shall mean the relevant portion of this Work Letter.
