Retail Lease definition

Retail Lease. A lease by an Obligor of one or more Financed Vehicles, originated or acquired by Navistar Financial or one or more of its Affiliates.
Retail Lease means the lease of the lands for the Retail Component between the City, as landlord, and the Retail Limited Partnership, as tenant;
Retail Lease means a lease of a motor vehicle by a retail lessor to a retail lessee, payment of which is secured by a retail lease agreement. “Retail lease” does not include a lease that constitutes a retail installment contract.
