Retail Facilities definition
Retail Facilities means the retail and merchant services facilities used by the Group from time to time (including, without limitation, the Existing Retail Facilities and the Lloyds Retail Facilities).
Retail Facilities means the Retail Water Facilities, the Retail Wastewater Facilities and the Retail Stormwater Facilities as defined in Exhibit F.
Retail Facilities means the Retail Water Facilities, the Retail Wastewater Facilities and the Retail Stormwater Facilities operated and maintained by the CAB that connect with the Wholesale Facilities.
Examples of Retail Facilities in a sentence
Retail Facilities include, and are limited to, water distribution pipelines ("Water Mains"), valves, fire hydrants, and other appurtenances related to such distribution system.
All Water Mains located on or adjacent to the Property shall be considered Retail Facilities.
The location and physical boundaries of the Restaurant and Retail Facilities shall be the areas defined in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2.
The Retailer agrees to purchase, implement and maintain the required systems that are identified in this Agreement, set forth in the Retail Facilities Guide, the Architects Guide, other Franchise Systems Manuals, or approved by the Franchise Operations Team.
Special Facilities are specified facilities ------------------- required to provide water service to the Property but which are not considered Wholesale Facilities, Retail Facilities, or Customer Facilities.
More Definitions of Retail Facilities
Retail Facilities means retail shopping mall, outlet center or strip mall facilities primarily focused on retail sales of consumer products.
Retail Facilities as used herein shall mean all of the tenant spaces included in the Property other than the Restaurant and the Marina. However, the parties hereto agree that the Company may sublease, to individual tenants, separate and distinct spaces within the Retail Facilities for any valid purpose without the authorization of the City Manager. It is the subleasing of the Retail Facilities as a whole which requires the Manager's authorization prior to being subleased. It is acknowledged by the parties hereto that, for purposes of clarification, the term "Restaurant" means Monty's Raw Bar, located on the ground floor of the Property, as such establishment currently exists or as it may be expanded in the future. The Company agrees that it shall not sublease, assign or otherwise use the Property for any purpose that requires an occupational license for a restaurant without the prior written authorization of the City Manager, other than the Restaurant or the Subleased Premises. In light of the acknowledgments pertaining to Section 31, all parties hereto agree that the Sublease and the Sublease Assignment shall be subject to the approval of the City Manager and that the gross sales and/or gross receipts of any subtenant of the Company subleasing the Restaurant and/or the Marina portions of the Property at any particular time shall be used to compute the Percentage Rental payable by the Company to the City pursuant to Section 13 of the Lease.
Retail Facilities means improvements and facilities necessary and appropriate to deliver potable and/or non-potable water from their points of connection to Wholesale Facilities to Customer Facilities including, but not limited to, water mains, valves, fire hydrants, manholes and related appurtenances. Retail Facilities are designed and constructed at the sole cost of the owner of property within the District and conveyed at no cost to the District for operation and maintenance in accordance with the District Rules and Regulations.
Retail Facilities means one or more retail facilities located on the Property (including, but not limited to, the Costco) at which Retail Sales and other sales transactions are consummated pursuant to the Sales Tax Law. A Retail Facility may include a warehouse component, but shall not include any facility used primarily for non-Retail Sales as part of warehousing, distribution, logistics, fulfillment or manufacturing facilities, e-commerce or internet sales or any so called “last mile” distribution facilities, but shall exclude any retail facility transferred from other locations within the City or new branches of retail facilities already located in the City whether as of the Effective Date of this Agreement or after. A Retail Facility shall further exclude the following discount retailers: 99 (cents) Only, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Family Dollar, and Big Lots.
Retail Facilities means all of the tenant spaces included in the Property that sell goods and/or services directly to the public and shall not include the areas of the Property utilized for the Restaurant and the Marina. In the event the Company elects to operate an Upstairs Restaurant, as defined in Section 13, the Retail Facilities shall also exclude such area utilized for the Upstairs Restaurant;
Retail Facilities means the Retail Water Facilities, and/or the Retail Wastewater Facilities operated and maintained by the Retail District that connects with DWSD Wholesale Facilities.
