Restructuring Steps the Novations and the steps required to complete the reorganisation of the Group Companies and certain assets used in connection with the Agila Business as set out in Appendix 2 ;

Examples of Restructuring Steps in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any Interest in non-Debtor subsidiaries owned by a Debtor shall continue to be owned by the applicable Reorganized Debtor unless otherwise provided in the Restructuring Steps Memorandum.

  • The Separation shall have been completed in accordance with the Restructuring Steps Memorandum.
