As used herein, the term "Competitive Business" means any Restricted Business conducted in the Restricted Zone.
Pursuant to the procedure described below, a Mexican enterprise without a foreigners’ exclusion clause may acquire rights for the use and enjoyment over real estate in the Restricted Zone, used for residential purposes.
