Restricted Zone definition

Restricted Zone means any town in Connecticut or Rhode Island in which the Company operates a long term care facility and an area of fifteen miles surrounding such facility; any county in Illinois, New Jersey, Ohio, West Virginia or Wisconsin in which the Company operates a long term care facility and an area of fifteen miles surrounding such facility; all portions of Massachusetts east of Worcester; all portions of Pennsylvania east of Harrisburg and an area of fifteen miles around any facility located in Virginia or Vermont; but in no event includes any portion of any state other than Connecticut, Rhode Island, Illinois, New Jersey, Ohio, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or Wisconsin. In no event shall this Section 6.1 restrict the Consultant from owning interests in, or developing, real estate so long as the Consultant is not operating any Restricted Business. In addition, the Consultant shall not pursue any of the development projects listed on Schedule 6.1 hereto.
Restricted Zone means a zone to which access is restricted for security reasons pursuant to these Regulations;
Restricted Zone means that high hazard area immediately adjacent to or surrounding the Mt. St. Helens volcano closed to public access by the governor of the state of Washington pursuant to RCW 43.06.010, 43.06.210, 43.06.220, 38.52.050, and 38.52.010. "News media" shall include journalists, publishers, television and radio broadcast persons who are regularly engaged in the business of publishing or broadcasting. "ECC" shall mean the emergency coordinating center located at the U.S. Forest Service Office in Vancouver, Washington. "Individual(s)" shall mean a person, partnership, joint venture, private or public corporation, association, firm, public service company, public utility district, or any other entity, public or private, however organized. "Control" shall mean to lease or rent. "DLE" shall mean driver's license examiner. "USFS" shall mean United States Forest Service. "USGS" shall mean United States Geological Survey. Examples of Restricted Zone in a sentence

Restricted Zone means an area within the Marine Protected Area where no fishing may take place, but where any other activity in terms of section 48A(1) of the Act may take place if authorised in terms of these regulations as contemplated in terms of section 48A(2);
