Restricted Term definition

Restricted Term means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending five (5) years thereafter.
Restricted Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Restricted Term means a non-perpetual period of time through which the license grant applies. The start and end dates of such period shall be defined in the referencing Order Form.

Examples of Restricted Term in a sentence

  • Executive further understands that the foregoing restrictions may limit his ability to engage in certain businesses during the Restricted Term, but acknowledges that these restrictions are necessary to protect the Confidential Information the Company has provided to Executive.

  • It is further agreed that during the Restricted Term, Executive cannot engage in any of the enumerated prohibited activities in the Restricted Area by means of telephone, telecommunications, satellite communications, correspondence, or other contact from outside the Restricted Area.

  • During Executive’s employment, and for the Restricted Term, Executive will not, in person or through the direction or control of others, call on, solicit, encourage, or induce any other employee or officer of the Company or its affiliates whom Executive had contact with, knowledge of, or association within the course of employment with the Company to terminate his or her employment, and will not assist any other person or entity in such a solicitation.


More Definitions of Restricted Term

Restricted Term means the Term including any and all renewals thereof and the period ending five (5) business days following the termination of the Executive's employment with the Employer, regardless of reason.
Restricted Term means the aggregate period equal to the period during which the Executive is employed by the Company, plus a period of 1.5 years immediately following the termination of employment of the Executive with the Company;

Restricted Term means the period beginning on the date hereof and continuing through: (i) March 31, 2002, if USC fails to make the first Option Period Payment in full by that date; (ii) March 31, 2003, if USC makes the first Option Period Payment in full by March 31, 2002 but does not make the second Option Period Payment in full by March 31, 2003; (iii) March 31, 2004, if USC satisfies the condition of subpart (ii) of this Section 1(c) and makes the second Option Period Payment in full by March 31, 2003 but does not make the third Option Period Payment in full by March 31, 2004; and (iv) March 31, 2005, if USC satisfies the conditions of subparts (ii) and (iii) of this Section 1(c) and makes the third Option Period Payment in full by March 31, 2004.
