Restricted Member definition

Restricted Member means a Member who has limited membership rights under the Plan, as further described in Section 3.4.
Restricted Member is defined in Section 6.03(c).
Restricted Member means the Persons identified on Schedule B.

Examples of Restricted Member in a sentence

  • Candidate means a Restricted Member who is to be considered for election to become a Full Member under Rule 8.3. Card means a Membership Card and Guest Card.

  • An Employee (while living) shall also have the status of a Restricted Member if he is not a Member for all purposes of the Plan but has made a Rollover Contribution and such Contribution has not been fully distributed.
