Restricted Items definition

Restricted Items means any item which, in the reasonable opinion of an Authorised Person, might compromise or otherwise interfere with the enjoyment or comfort of any person at the Venue such as, without limitation, the items referred to in paragraph 16(c) of these Conditions (and Ticket Holders should check the ticketing information on www.rugbyworldcup.com from time to time for details of any further examples of items which may only be brought into a Venue at the discretion of an Authorised Person;
Restricted Items. We prohibit the use of any device or substance that is deemed a potential fire or explosive source and reserve the right to make this determination.

Examples of Restricted Items in a sentence

  • Buyer agrees that it will not sell, re-sell, export, re-export or otherwise transfer any of the Restricted Items in any form, either directly or indirectly, in violation of any Export/Import Control Laws.

  • Buyer will immediately notify Honeywell and cease activities with regard to the transaction in question if it knows or has a reasonable suspicion that any Restricted Items may be redirected to other countries in violation of Export/Import Control Laws.

  • Buyer acknowledges that Export/Import Control Laws may control not only the sale, resale, export and re- export of Products but also the transfer of other Restricted Items.

More Definitions of Restricted Items

Restricted Items shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.7.
Restricted Items means all funds that are the property of any client of the Company (including, without limitation, any restricted cash, settlement assets or settlement obligations) and all inter-company liabilities related thereto.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Use Restriction shall not apply to: (a) any tenant or tenant's premises existing as of the date of this Lease whose lease specifically permits the sale of a Restricted item; (b) any tenant that carries, in the aggregate, less than twenty (20) linear feet of Restricted Items (a spinner rack containing any Restricted Item shall be equal to six (6) linear feet); or (c) Boscov's, J.C.Penney or K-Mart, their successor and assigns.
