Restricted Indebtedness definition

Restricted Indebtedness means Indebtedness of Holdings, the Borrower or any Subsidiary, the payment, prepayment, repurchase or defeasance of which is restricted under Section 6.09(b).
Restricted Indebtedness has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.11.
Restricted Indebtedness has the meaning set forth in Section 6.08(b).

Examples of Restricted Indebtedness in a sentence

  • No Loan Party will, amend, modify or waive any of its rights under (a) any agreement or document evidencing Restricted Indebtedness that constitutes Material Indebtedness or (b) its Organizational Documents, in each case to the extent such amendment, modification or waiver, taken as a whole, would be materially adverse to the Lenders.

More Definitions of Restricted Indebtedness

Restricted Indebtedness of the Restricted Subsidiaries, shall mean at any time, any Indebtedness of the Restricted Subsidiaries which, at such time, is not Permitted Indebtedness.
