Restricted Indebtedness definition

Restricted Indebtedness means Indebtedness of the Borrower or any Subsidiary, the payment, prepayment, repurchase or defeasance of which is restricted under Section 6.09(b).
Restricted Indebtedness is defined in Section 6.26.
Restricted Indebtedness has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.11.

Examples of Restricted Indebtedness in a sentence

  • Take all such actions that are necessary, reasonably desirable or that otherwise may be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent to ensure that the Obligations are and remain “Designated Senior Debt,” “Senior Debt,” “Guarantor Senior Debt” or “Senior Secured Financing” (or any comparable term) under, and as defined in, any indenture or document governing any applicable Restricted Indebtedness and any other Indebtedness that is subordinated in right of payment to the Obligations.


More Definitions of Restricted Indebtedness

Restricted Indebtedness of the Restricted Subsidiaries, shall mean at any time, any Indebtedness of the Restricted Subsidiaries which, at such time, is not Permitted Indebtedness.
