Restoration Work definition

Restoration Work means the design, engineering, procurement, construction and other work with respect to the Restoration of Affected Property.

Restoration Work. (“gwaith adfer”) means work carried out to restore an authorised landfill site (or any part of the site) to a use other than making landfill disposals; but work carried out to restore a landfill disposal area is restoration work only if it is carried out after the area has been capped;

• The Trustees also may modify the initial submission to cure deficiencies in the submission if: (1) the Trustees determine that disapproving the submission and awaiting a resubmission would cause substantial disruption to the Restoration Work; or (2) previous submission(s) have been disapproved due to material defects and the deficiencies in the initial submission under consideration indicate a bad faith lack of effort to submit an acceptable plan, report, or deliverable.
