Responsible Persons means persons who have a degree of responsibility to the community as a whole (within the meaning of Taxation Ruling TR 95/27, or such later ruling or other publication as substantially replaces same);

Responsible Persons means those members of the Medical Cannabis Ccollective Facility or owners and/or officers of the Commercial Cannabis Microbusiness or Commercial Cannabis Retailer who shall be jointly and severally responsible for operationg, management, direction, or policy of the collective facility in compliance with state law and this ordinance.
