Responsible Executive definition

Responsible Executive means at any time, in relation to a Market Participant, an individual who is shown as having executive responsibility for the supervision and control of all or part of the business of that Market Participant in the document provided to ASIC under subrule 2.1.2(1) or (2) or the notification provided to ASIC under subrule 2.1.2(3).
Responsible Executive means an individual appointed by a Market Participant, other than an NZX Firm, to be responsible for carrying out the duties of the chief executive or managing director of that Market Participant and includes any delegate of the Responsible Executive;
Responsible Executive means the executive responsible for the Naming Policy and these Procedures as determined by the President from time to time.

  • Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries nor, to the knowledge of the Responsible Executive Officers of the Company, any other party, is in breach of or in default under the Company Material Contracts, except for such breaches and defaults as individually or in the aggregate have not had and would not reasonably be expected to have a Company Material Adverse Effect.


More Definitions of Responsible Executive

Responsible Executive means the President or the Chief Executive Officer of a Party, or his or her designated representative.
Responsible Executive means the individual(s) designated in the Procedures.
